Lamb Steaks & Cutlets

Lamb is sourced locally where possible from Warwickshire. We only select the more superior grass-fed livestock that has been reared by traditional farming methods, and under sympathetic conditions in consideration of animal welfare. Our lamb is in its prime during early summer, and it continues to improve right the way through to the autumn, during which time the flavour develops as the animals get bigger and the joints increase in size. We are proud of our selection criteria, and the positive feedback we have received from our customer’s regarding the excellent quality of this product. Where possible our Lamb is farmed to Farm Assured and EBLEX Standards.
